WHERE OUR CRYSTALS ARE FROM?

we importing directly from overseas and currently import our crystals from about one dozen primary vendors overseas. In most cases these vendors do not own the mines, so the mine workers are different from the vendors that we do business with to purchase the crystals.

While we cannot certify the working conditions at all of the mines, we are in the process of researching how to verify and certify the origins of all of our products so that we can enthusiastically say that they were mined ethically. We can say that the businesses that we work with directly have good ethics and standards. We've worked with them for numerous years. Our approach is to work only with vendors that have integrity, treating their workers (and the crystals) with the same respect that we do at Healing Crystals. Sometimes we get crystals in that don't feel right energetically and we do our best to clear them, making a note about the vendor should we decide to order from them again.

WHICH CRYSTAL WILL I RECEIVE?

The pictures that you see on the product pages are typical of the quality of the crystal offered and are not the exact crystals that you will be receiving. We are not always able to photograph every crystal available.

While we cannot guarantee specific requests, if you are looking for certain attributes (such as rounder, darker, lighter, thinner, thicker) please place this information in the comments section at checkout and our warehouse will do their best to accomodate your request. You're also welcome to contact us, before placing your order to find out if we have what you're looking for.

Since each crystal is unique, the sizes and grades do vary, but we sort our crystals carefully to represent the grades and sizes as accurately as possible. 

Fair Free shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $270.00 within Canada , with the following exceptions:

• Heavy items, such as Himalayan salt products and soapstone products, will not be eligible for free shipping, and a standard shipping rate will be added to these products.

• Shipping to territories, remote or hard-to-reach locations will be subject to standard shipping rates.

For all other items, you will receive free shipping. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at the checkout, so you don’t have to do any guesswork! We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shipping options and will continue to review and update our policy as necessary.
How long does delivery take?
All products online are currently in stock and we will process your order within 3-5 business days after we receive your payment. We mail daily from Monday to Friday and standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after final receipt of payment.
DO YOU LABEL EACH STONE?

We take care in packing each order and but we do not label all of our stones. In our assortments, such as the Healer Special, the stones come separated in bags with a packing list so that you can easily identify each stone.

We are able to label your stones for you. If you'd like us to do that for you, during checkout prior to entering delivery and shipping information, you can tick the box "Label All Stones". Please note that our team charges a small fee to label the stones of your order.

Labels are not available for some assortments, grab bags and other mixes which come to us pre-mixed.

DO YOU SHARE MY INFORMATION WITH ANYONE? (PRIVACY STATEMENT)

We appreciate your business and will always respect your privacy! ALL of your information collected on NaturalCrystal.store will be kept confidential.

After ordering, we will add you to our Monthly Newsletter list, but if you do not wish to receive this, you can opt-out at the bottom of the newsletter by clicking a link and we will remove your email from our distribution list. You're also welcome to email us if you'd prefer to be removed from the list.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, checks, and credit cards through Shopify. If you choose to pay by check, we will not process the order until the check has cleared our bank. We cannot guarantee the availability of the merchandise ordered by the time funds clear. If an item(s) is no longer available, we will contact you before processing the remainder of your order. We charge a $30 fee on all returned checks. We regret that we cannot accept COD.
